Enough is Enough
We have enough
We Are enough
Until you decide that you have enough and Are enough you will never be happy.
We are Unintentionally taught to live a life of deficit.
What do you hear when this is said to you by others or yourself:
“You have so much potential, if only you…”
“That B is great, if you try a little harder you can get the A”
“You know I love you but...”
“So and so is making bank, that’s where you should be”
”You need to find a good woman/ man in your life”
”Go out there the perfect job is waiting for you”
If you were to decide you don’t need anything more than what you have right now, what would you do different?
How would you approach what it is you Want?
Bonus:
Words of disempowerment that are often flags telling us to: “look deeper here”
if only = regret (replace with “when I decide”)
but = (as the accomplished coach Devon Bandison says: “But is the world’s biggest eraser” Replace but with and
should = shame (banish the word should)
need = scarcity (replace with want)
wait = action-less/ un-empowered (ask yourself what can you do next to get closer to what it is you want)
Ask yourself does that serve me and what would work better?
Change your choice of words = change your perception = change your life forever
